Terms & Conditions



Here at BeBody Fitness we are a small business run by myself, Belinda Nuttall.

We don't have "contracts", we don't have big involved T&C's.  The most important things you need to know are:

1. Please fill in your PARQ and full personal details.  In the unlikely event we have a medical emergency with you, our member, we need to be able to contact your next of kin and inform medical staff of any conditions that may effect your medical care.

2. If you are a direct debit member you can cancel your membership at any time, I just ask that you give me 5 working days notice to stop the payment leaving your account.

3. If you are a direct debit member I can guarantee your space on a weekly basis.  I do then ask that you CANCEL this space online with at least 24hrs notice if it is not needed.  If it is within 24hrs notice the system will not allow you to cancel the space but you can text me on 07974721527 and I can do it for you.  If a member persistently does not cancel a regular reoccurring booking I reserve the right to remove the regular booking.  Some classes are full and spaces are needed for those people booking on a Pay as You Go basis.

4. The Direct Debit Weekly Class membership allows a member to attend 39 times a year.  We advertise classes as "term time only", hence the 39 attendances however we do run a reduced schedule across our timetable during the summer and Easter.  The system recognizes that you have attended when the Instructor completes the register.  In the unlikely event that you have attended 39 times within a 12 month period the system will consider you to have no more visits left to take and will not let you book in and use your membership.  If this happens it is possible to purchase more credits at a reduced rate, please text or call me on 07974721527.  There is no monetary refund for any classes missed but the system will recognise if your space has been cancelled and it will allow you to use that credit again at a class of your choice within our timetable subject to the space being available.  You can therefore "make the class up" when suits you. 

5. If you have purchased a 6 credit block the system will allow you 9 weeks to use the 6 classes.  In extenuating circumstances I am able to extend this period and it will be dealt with on a case by case basis.  If a customer regularly asks for an extension it would be fairer for them to attend on a Pay as you Go basis.  If we cancel a class due to school holidays/reduced timetable please REQUEST an extension to the use by date by text on 07974721527.  If a space has been booked and not cancelled you will lose the credit. 

6. If you purchase a single Pay as you Go credit and you have booked a class and fail to cancel it if needed you will also lose the credit.

7. We reserve the right to make changes to the timetable at any time.

8. We reserve the right to cancel a class in extreme weather conditions according to the met office advice.  

9. We reserve the right to cancel a class if 3 or less people are booked in.  

10. Where possible, if an instructor is ill or unable to teach we will try to arrange a cover instructor as quickly as possible.  

I am always available to help and if you have any problems with the system please do get in touch.  The team at Clubright always do their best to help but nothing sadly is infallible!  Things do go wrong from time to time and I will do my best to help/fx them.  I am available via Whatsapp to help deal with queries about the booking system and I can then help by screen shot etc.
