Here at BeBody Fitness we are a small business run by myself, Belinda Nuttall.
We don't have "contracts", we don't have big involved T&C's. The most important things you need to know are:
There are 3 ways to attend BeBody classes -
* By monthly membership, paid by direct debit for £30 a month paid 12 months of the year.
* By purchasing a 6 Class Pass for £52.50 allowing you to attend 6 classes of your choice over a 90 day period.
* By purchasing a single Pay as You Go class pass for £9.50 per class
1. We ask that all attendees create an account at www.bebody.clubright.co.uk and fill in your PARQ and with full personal details. In the unlikely event we have a medical emergency with you, our member, we need to be able to contact your next of kin and inform medical staff of any conditions that may effect your medical care.
2. If you are a direct debit BeBody Monthly Member you can cancel your membership at any time, I just ask that you give me 5 working days notice to stop the payment leaving your account. Please note if you do not attend classes it is your responsibility to cancel your membership in writing by email or by stopping your direct debit. No credit is offered for unused memberships and no monetary refund will be available.
3. Please book your space in your desired class using the Clubright booking system. If a space is not booked we can not guarantee a place for you at your chosen class, spaces are limited and available on a first come first serve basis. Please do cancel any unwanted space with at least 24hrs notice where ever possible, classes can be booked 14 days in advance.
4. The Direct Debit BeBody Monthly Membership allows unlimited access to the BeBody timetable subject to availability at a cost of £30 a month, paid by direct debit for 12 months of the year. Please note that there are no classes for 2 weeks at Easter and Christmas and over the month of August and this is factored into the monthly payments of £30 a month. Payments will continue over the periods of reduced timetable. Where ever possible I will try to arrange a cover instructor of my choice if I am myself unavailable outside of these dates.
5. If you have purchased a 6 class pass the system will allow you 90 days to use the 6 classes. In extenuating circumstances I am able to extend this period and it will be dealt with on a case by case basis, please make any requests to do so in a timely manner. If a customer regularly asks for an extension it would be fairer for them to attend on a Pay as you Go basis. If we are not running any classes due to the Easter/Summer/Christmas break and your class pass expires please REQUEST an extension to the use by date by text on 07974721527. Please be aware that f a place has been booked in a class and not cancelled you will lose that class pass.
6. If you purchase a single Pay as you Go single class pass and you have booked a class and fail to cancel it if needed you will also lose the class pass. In extenuating circumstances I am able to extend this period and it will be dealt with on a case by case basis, please make any requests to do so in a timely manner.
7. We reserve the right to make changes to the timetable at any time.
8. We reserve the right to cancel a class in extreme weather conditions according to the met office advice.
9. We reserve the right to cancel a class if 3 or less people are booked in.
10. Where possible, if an instructor is ill or unable to teach we will try to arrange a cover instructor as quickly as possible.
I am always available to help and if you have any problems with the system please do get in touch. The team at Clubright always do their best to help but nothing sadly is infallible! Things do go wrong from time to time and I will do my best to help/fx them. I am available via Whatsapp to help deal with queries about the booking system and I can then help by screen shot etc.
