2022 is an exciting and challenging year for BeBody Fitness!
We are launching our new blended timetable incorporating our ONLINE classes since September 2021 to offer Yoga, Pilates, Older Adult Fitness and a class that I am passionate about called Power Hour, a low impact, high intensity cardiovascular workout. The NICE Guidelines for Physical Health and Well-being state that cardiovascular exercise as well as forms of strength, balance and flexibility training is important to keep us fit and well to live the lives we enjoy living.
This year we have a fabulous range of instructors and with the team of Lez Bold, Bonny Cakebread and Emma Salsbury, we can offer top quality classes to help you be strong, flexible and fit for the life you love.
Our online booking system is going well and wide range of payment options make booking and paying for your fitness even easier and quicker to process, a bonus with the hectic lifestyle we often now lead. Experts are beginning to recognise that a fitness regime that helps mental health is becoming all the more necessary in this busy world of deadlines and social media. It is important to “switch off” and focus on our physical selves. Yoga and Pilates will help you do this as your concentrate on the moves and the physical impact on your body as you workout. This process of mindful exercise has been proven to help improve mental well being and quality of life, something that I believe is important to us all J
